ftp_fget -- Downloads a file from the FTP server and saves to an open file

ftp_fget ( resource ftp_stream, resource fp, string remote_file, int mode)
ftp_fget() retrieves remote_file
from the FTP server, and writes it to the given file pointer,
fp. The transfer mode
specified must be either FTP_ASCII or
FTP_BINARY.
Returns TRUE on success, FALSE on error.
